When charged with uttering threats, you will have to attend court at least 2 times, and most likely more before your trial. If you hire us, we can attend most court appearances for you; you don't need to attend.
What also might happen before your trial is the prosecutor may propose a deal with you where if you plead guilty, you’ll get a lighter sentence or plead guilty to lesser charge.
Do not accept any deal offered by the prosecutor until you talk to a criminal defence lawyer. There’s a chance you have a good defence. If you can be found NOT GUILTY, that is the best outcome. Pleading guilty means you end up with a criminal record.
