Not Guilty for Assault Charge - Trial Was on December 5, 2011

My client was charged with assualt on May 28, 2011.  The assault charge alleged my client assaulted his live-in girlfriend (domestic assault matter). 

The matter went to trial on December 5, 2011 resulting in the Provincial Court of BC finding my client "Not Guilty."
