Gordon J. Dykstra is a B.C. criminal defence lawyer.  He started his boutique firm in 1982 in Abbotsford.  Since then he's expanded into Surrey.  He's been a B.C. criminal defence lawyer for more than 30 years.

Gordon defends the following types of charges:

• DUI / Impaired Driving criminal offences such as DUI, impaired driving, refusing to provide a breath sample, or other driving offences;
• Traffic and Driving Offences:
• Assault / Domestic Assault criminal offences including uttering threats, assault and domestic assault related offences;
• Driving Prohibition reviews and appeals: if you've received a notice from the BC Supterintendent of Motor Vehicles, you have the right to ask for a review.  We assist people facing driving prohibitions with their reviews and appeals.
• Fraud charges:
• Drug Charges such as possession, trafficking, and cultivation of marijuana, cocaine, crystal meth, heroin, and other prohibited substances;

History of Dykstra & Company - Abbotsford lawyers and Surrey lawyers

Gordon J. Dykstra was called to the British Columbia bar in 1973.  He started his legal career in New Westminster.  In 1979 he moved to Abbotsford and joined an Abbotsford law firm.  In 1982 he founded Dykstra & Company. 


Gordon works for individuals - he does not work for the government.
